    Port of NEOM is transforming into an advanced, automated, and sustainable maritime hub. Its new T1 container terminal, nearing completion, is designed for scale with 550‑meter access channel, 18.5‑meter draft, and 900‑meter quay wall to accommodate the world’s largest vessels. Repurposed dredged materials, renewable energy sources, and fully electric equipment ensure future-ready operations with sustainability embedded.

  • T1 Container Terminal

    Port of NEOM’s new container terminal launches in 2026 with 1.5M TEU capacity and the Kingdom’s first fully automated Ship-to-Shore cranes. Alongside the development of advanced digital systems for precision and reliability, a pioneering program is currently training Saudis for high-tech roles as remote crane operators — driving innovation and inclusion.
