LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Having started in 2024, NEOM’s Cultural Leadership Development Program is empowering the next generation of Saudi culture and entertainment leaders. This 12-month learning journey (nine months of training and a two-to-three month placement) is an annual initiative – in partnership with the DeVos Institute of Arts Management at the University of Maryland. It includes mentoring and modules in leadership, governance, business management, cultural stewardship and transformative technologies. Selected by an expert panel, 10 professionals will help to forge the future of entertainment and culture.

ARTIST IN RESIDENCE PROGRAM
Bringing together a new generation of Saudi and international artists from around the world, our multidisciplinary Artist in Residence Program fosters artistic growth, exchange and collaboration. The inaugural 12-week residency features four Saudi and four international multi-disciplinary artists who will be immersed in NEOM with a schedule of masterclasses, industry guests plus an international residency at the leading art foundation TBA21 Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary in Madrid. This will culminate in a series of community engagements in NEOM and across the Tabuk region.
